Monsieur Le Coq is a Francophone bird who keeps asking everyone else if they "parley voo". He is short for a Tall Fowl, but makes up for his little stature with a beak that looks to be the size of the Eiffel tower in France. According to Monsieur Le Coq, he flew down from the top of this famous landmark. He claims the drop was so great that upon landing, the impact reduced his height by six inches. That sounds like a very tall tale, but Monsieur Le Coq is not ashamed to repeat it to anyone who will listen, so long as you buy him a dish of frog legs to snack on while he tells the story ... which gets longer and longer each time he tells it!
